  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
✅ The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ The product is unused, in original packaging with tags intact.

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Innerwear or personal hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items purchased under clearance/sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

    • Order ID
    • Reason for return
    • Clear product photos (if damaged or incorrect)
  2. Our support team will verify and approve the return.
  3. Pickup will be arranged within 3–5 business days.
  4. Once the product is received and inspected, refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated only after successful return pickup and product verification.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Paytm Wallet/UPI/Card/Net Banking).
  • Refund time may vary based on bank or payment provider, usually within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our fault (wrong/damaged item), shipping charges will also be refunded.
  • If the return is due to customer change of mind, shipping charges will not be refunded.
